Qubic System QS-TP1 Traction Pro Motion Platform
The QS-TP1 is a two-axis motion platform for sim racing and flight simulation. Two actuators and a front pivot move the cockpit lengthwise for surge and rotate it around the nose for yaw, so the onset of oversteer is felt through the seat. Use it under a compatible aluminium-profile cockpit on its own, or place a QS-210 or QS-220 3DOF actuator setup above it for a five-axis system.

Traction loss you can react to
The two actuators move together for longitudinal motion and in opposition to swing the rear of the cockpit around the front pivot. This arrangement helps you feel an oversteer event as it begins, rather than relying on the screen alone. Road harshness, rumble strips and other telemetry-driven effects can add surface detail where supported by the game.
Start with two axes, expand to five
Mounted directly under a compatible cockpit, QS-TP1 supplies surge and yaw. Combine it with Qubic's QS-210 or QS-220 3DOF system to add vertical and lateral cues plus body roll and pitch. The QS-BT1 belt tensioner is another complementary option for sustained forces through the harness.
Two assembly options
The self-assembly kit is supplied for you to build and calibrate, with a step-by-step manual. The pre-assembled version arrives with the core platform already built; you still mount the cockpit and complete installation and calibration. Select the correct version above. The QS-MC6 controller is not included and is required when QS-TP1 is the only Qubic motion device in the setup.
Compatibility
Compatible with aluminium-profile cockpits 540–756 mm wide using the supplied adapter brackets in their appropriate orientation. It can run below a cockpit alone or with a QS-210/QS-220 3DOF actuator set. Qubic Manager software and game telemetry support are required for motion effects; individual effects vary by title.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use QS-TP1 without QS-210 or QS-220?
Yes. Mount a compatible cockpit directly on the QS-TP1 for surge and yaw. A QS-MC6 controller is required for a standalone Qubic setup and is sold separately.
What is the difference between the self-assembly and pre-assembled versions?
The self-assembly kit requires you to build the platform. The pre-assembled version has the core built already. Both still require cockpit installation and calibration.
Can QS-TP1 work with the QS-BT1 belt tensioner?
Yes. QS-TP1 moves the cockpit in surge and yaw while QS-BT1 applies belt tension to the driver.
