Sim-Lab DDS TorqueSync™ Founders Edition Direct Drive Wheelbase
The DDS TorqueSync™ Founders Edition is Sim-Lab's high-torque direct-drive wheelbase for PC sim racing. Developed with SOLO Motorcontrollers, it uses an industrial SPMSM AC brushless servo motor, a 24-bit encoder and a DSP control loop running above 100 kHz. Choose the DDS26 with 26 Nm or the DDS39 with 39 Nm. Both include RaceDirector™ software and the XERO-PLAY™ V2 Quick Release.

Industrial servo architecture
Both DDS models use a 350 VDC internal servo system. The DDS26 has an integrated 1500 W peak-rated power supply with 350 VDC at 25 A storage; the DDS39 increases this to 2500 W and 350 VDC at 40 A. The power supply is built into the housing, eliminating an external power brick. Active fan cooling and an industrial replaceable slipring are standard.
Mounting and open wheel ecosystem
The chassis supports wheeldeck, front-mount and side-mount installations and uses a 70 mm M5 wheel interface. Sim-Lab confirms its own wheels, GRID Engineering wheels and third-party wheels using the same 70 mm M5 pattern. USB data passthrough supports compatible wheels with USB-C, USB-A or an internal connector; the correct XERO-PLAY™ V2 cable may be required.
RaceDirector™ software
RaceDirector™ provides adjustment for torque curves, damping, slew rate and force-feedback tuning. Telemetry FFB can show the incoming simulator signal alongside motor output for data-based setup work. The Founders Edition is covered by a four-year manufacturer warranty.
